Bio

Kailey Austin is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges while building resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. She believes that every individual deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Kailey takes a collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore difficult emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward lasting healing.

Kailey has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem concerns, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and relationship challenges. Prior to entering clinical practice, she worked extensively with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, which strengthened her commitment to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care.

Kailey earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is working under the direction and supervision of Michelle Sobel, LCSW. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and create positive change in their lives.
