Jessica Coleman is available for telehealth therapy sessions only, and is not available for in-person therapy sessions.
I began my career in the mental health field immediately after receiving bachelor’s degrees in biology and psychology by working at National Counseling Group. There I gained invaluable experience with all age groups and populations of individuals doing intensive in-home services, mental health skill building, crisis stabilization, and therapeutic day treatment within the school systems. I have also been employed as a behavior technician, servicing children on the Autism Spectrum. Most recently I completed a yearlong internship at the Mental Health Association in Maryland while receiving my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I was able to further enhance my experience, knowledge, and evolve as a mental health provider.
I am passionate about helping individuals of all ages who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, everyday stress, low self-esteem, and life adjustments. My goal is to help them learn to develop positive and healthy ways to improve their mental health, life experiences, and well-being. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults to develop the necessary tools to achieve healing and growth. I integrate various modalities such as person centered, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavior therapy. I am also trained in Autplay therapy and utilize it to work with neurodivergent clients.
Diversity is also a true core value of mine which enables me to understand the importance of being culturally aware. I strive to work in a collaborative effort alongside my clients to obtain their individualized goals by creating a safe space and authentic therapeutic relationship.

I see Dr. Howard at the Alpharetta office. He also offers telehealth visits. Dr. Howard might just be one of the best psychiatrists I've ever had. He asks the right questions and carefully listens to the answers to really get at the issue and has prescribed on point medication. My awesome therapist, Adam, is also at this office, so it makes things really easy. The office staff is really great too, always pleasant and always helpful and they are very responsive.
Fabulous! Most amazing group of true professionals I've ever found! And they all really provide and play an exceptional amount of teamwork skills between the whole office, so nobody is EVER left out of the loop, making clients always feel at ease and free of anxiety when it comes down to always being taken care of. I've been with CNSL for over 3 years now and I strongly believe I will still be with them 10 years from now! It is a great feeling!
An amazing place! The office staff is extremely timely, they communicate very well, and very friendly. Shoutout to Brittany. She has gone above and beyond to make my experience exceptional every single visit. Also, Dr. Howard has been an actual lifesaver for me. He is an exceptional provider who goes above and beyond to help his patients. I could not ask for a better care team.
Allison Weaver is hands down the best psychiatrist I've ever had. Unfortunately, I can't see her anymore since I've had an insurance change. I miss her like crazy. Anyway, if you want top-quality psychiatry, ask to see Allison. She'll take the best care of you!
If you want a great Psychiatrist I would highly recommend Dr. Allison Weaver. She is very understanding and professional. I even recommended my friend to go there and I'm sure she will love her just as much. If you want a great, down to earth, understanding Dr. She is the one!
