Jess’s goal in therapy is to help clients grow and connect with their most authentic selves. They are passionate about working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. As a queer and nonbinary person, Jess is uniquely tuned into the needs of gender expansive individuals and enjoys working with LGBTQ+ folks.
Jess got their undergraduate degree at Kennesaw State University where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Drawing and Painting. Jess graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master of Social Work degree. They completed their clinical internship at CNSL. Jess is currently pursuing their clinical licensure under the direct supervision of Katie Landers, LPC, ART.
Jess works to make people feel comfortable and safe in sessions. They lean towards strengths-based, somatic, existential, and mindfulness-based interventions. Jess works with teens and adults ages 15 and up.
