She is solution-focused, empathetic, and passionate about helping others find healing and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
Victoria’s greatest priority as a therapist is building trust and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel supported. She believes in empowering individuals to utilize their own strengths and abilities to overcome obstacles, alleviate symptoms, and achieve meaningful growth. With training and experience in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, Victoria is equipped to support clients of all ages, from children and teens to adults and families. She also specializes in working with individuals navigating trauma and is skilled in helping reluctant or resistant clients, especially children and teens, engage in the therapeutic process. If desired by the client, Victoria can also incorporate a faith based approach to therapy.
Originally from Georgia, Victoria felt called to pursue social work at a young age. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology from the University of North Georgia and her Masters of Social Work from Kennesaw State University in 2020. With four years of experience in the foster care and court systems, Victoria brings a unique perspective to her work as a therapist. She currently holds her LMSW and is pursuing Clinical Licensure under the supervision of Linde Ferrero, LCSW.
Victoria offers a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy, blending evidence-based techniques with mindfulness, emotional regulation strategies, and personalized coping tools. She also provides faith-based counseling for clients who desire to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into therapy. Victoria’s goal is to help clients navigate their paths forward with hope, resilience, and confidence, knowing they don’t have to journey alone.
