Bio

Work tel#: 678-383-7030

Work Days: Tuesday-Friday

Ages: Children 5+, teens, young adult women, and adult women

Areas of focus include, but aren’t limited to: Self-Esteem, Emotional Regulation, Life Adjustments, Adjustment disorder, Child Centered play therapy, Autplay, Behavioral Issues, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, CBT, DBT, ASD level 1, Divorce reactions, Grief, Social skills, Impulse Control Disorders, School Issues

As a former elementary school teacher, I found that fostering my student’s social-emotional learning was the most fulfilling part of my job. Seeing my students as such unique people with unique needs without the space to meet them where they were led me to pursue counseling.

I am passionate about learning the whole, complex person each child is and providing learning through play that helps them build a foundation for them to be the best person they can be.  I am actively pursuing ongoing Play Therapy training and receive supervision from a Registered Play Therapist – Supervisor.

I also work with teens and young adult women with anxiety, stress, self esteem challenges, difficulty managing emotions, or struggling with life changes.  Teachers and childcare providers are a great fit for me since I have a personal understanding of the stresses of those careers.

I can’t wait to work with you or your child and help support you through this hard time you are experiencing!

Under the Clinical Supervision of Tiffany Peeler, LPC and Jessica Hallam Anderson, LPC, CPCS, RPT-S
