Madonna Mezzanotte is available for only telehealth therapy sessions during the week, and sees clients for in-person therapy sessions at the Marietta location only on Sundays.
For the past 7 years, I have been working part-time as a licensed professional counselor and I am a certified registered play therapist. For the past 30 years I have worked in education, first as a high school English teacher, then a high school counselor (7 years), and for the past 13 years as an elementary school counselor. I have a specialist degree in professional counseling from the University of West Georgia and a Masters of School Counseling from Georgia State University.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy and often utilize play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, Adlerian therapy, mindfulness and DBT. I meet the client where they are and together we strive to empower the client to achieve a more satisfying and successful life that they desire. I mostly work with 13 to 40 year olds. Currently, I’m only able to see clients for telehealth during the week and would only recommend booking younger clients if you believe they could do well with online sessions. I offer in-person sessions at our Marietta office on Sundays, when space is available.
We will work together to set goals for you that are achievable for what you want in life, You are the one who will put in the work while I guide you along your path.
