

David Febles sees clients for in-person therapy sessions at the Alpharetta location, and offers telehealth therapy sessions.
David is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing therapy for couples, families, and individuals ages 16 and older. He has specialized experience working with first responders, veterans, and those impacted by trauma and high-stress professions. He works closely with individuals, couples, and families to address trauma, relationship stress, and the unique demands of high-pressure careers. As an Army veteran and former first responder, David brings both clinical training and lived experience to his work with these communities.
He is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy shown to be highly effective in treating trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences. He also uses Gottman Method Couples Therapy to help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationships. In addition to trauma work and couples therapy, David supports clients with life transitions, stress, and emotional regulation.
David is committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
